Building Management has strict occupancy rules of 2 adults only (15 years of age and older) plus 3 children. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment under any circumstances. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed. If there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning. If any streaming devices or remotes are missing from the apartment after your departure, you will be charged $100 per missing item. The trash room is located in the hallway near the elevator. Please place all recycling on the floor in front of the chute, and put bags with landfill waste down the trash chute. Trash must not be left in the hallway or outside the chute. Failure to comply may result in a $300 fine. The building is currently undergoing renovations that includes the main lobby, pool and pool deck, and other areas. Construction may cause moderate noise during daytime hours Monday-Friday 9am-4pm. The main lobby and front motor lobby are currently closed, though temporary pathways have been created for access.
