Guests must treat the unit, furnishings, common areas, and neighboring residents with respect at all times. Parties, events, gatherings, or excessive noise are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate eviction without refund. Hair dyeing, bleaching, or use of staining substances is prohibited inside the unit, and any resulting damage will be charged to the Guest. Service animals are permitted in accordance with applicable law. Approved pets (dogs and cats only) are allowed with prior written approval for a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per stay.
