Valet parking is available at the building at hourly rates with no in/out privileges. Private nearby parking is also available for $35 per day (cash only) with limited availability.
Located in the heart of Brickell, this apartment is surrounded by waterfront paths, cafes, shopping, and culture. Brickell City Centre, Mary Brickell Park, and the Miami Riverwalk are all within a short walk. Little Havana, Wynwood, and South Beach are a quick ride away. The Metromover is steps away, providing free and fast access to Downtown and the Arts District.
Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed under any circumstances. Please refrain from dyeing your hair while in the condo to avoid accidents and permanent staining, and remember to take out the trash before you leave. If smoking or parties occur, a $500 penalty will be applied, plus additional costs if remediation is required. The building is undergoing façade repairs throughout the year, balconies are closed and cannot be used, and views from the unit will be blocked. Cellophane/protective covering may be placed on windows, significantly limiting visibility and natural views. Construction workers may be visible on the exterior during daytime hours, and noise may occur between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. The building pool is only open on Saturdays and Sundays.

Exterior work will begin on July 1st, and some noise may be expected between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM.

Due to regulations, studios and 1-bedrooms receive 2 adult amenity passes, and 2-bedrooms receive 4. Minors do not need a pass but must be accompanied at all times and may only access the pool.

Late Check-In: A $40 fee applies for check-ins before 11 AM or after 9 PM. (Cash only upon arrival.)

Parking: Not included. On-site valet is available for $50/day, or you can reserve nearby parking with us for $35/day. [SI]
