The building pool is only open on Saturdays and Sundays, with no access Monday–Friday, including holidays. Building rules are strictly enforced, and violations may result in penalties. Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed under any circumstances. Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. A $1,000 refundable security deposit or a $60 non-refundable damage waiver is required before check-in. Guests must complete a brief pre check-in verification via the Guest App. Smoking in the unit is prohibited, and parties are prohibited. If smoking or parties occur, a $500 penalty will be applied, plus additional costs if remediation is required.
