Violations may result in penalties, eviction, and/or charges to the card on file. Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Guests must sign building rules and take a picture upon check-in. Noise must not cause a nuisance at any time, and quiet hours are observed between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Shirts and/or cover-ups, along with footwear, are required in all common areas. Please refrain from smoking indoors. Under no circumstance should any item be thrown off the balcony, and no items should be hung on balcony railings. Guests are responsible for any fines from the Grievance Committee. Trash rooms are located next to units ending in 01; garbage bags should be tossed into the trash chute, and no bags should be left on the floor. Boxes must be taken to the ground level. A $1,000 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver fee is required. A $100 fee applies for each lost guest or parking magnetic card, and a $250 fee for coded keys plus FOB. Pets are not permitted at ICON for vacation rentals, unless written approval is provided by M.V.R. and the building/association permits it for short-term stays. Service animals will be handled in compliance with applicable law and OTA policies. Falsified reservations will result in forfeiture of all payments/deposits. Subletting is illegal. For stays shorter than 30 days, guests can pay directly to Regular Valet Parking at the lobby entrance or pay upon arrival to M.V.R. for a self-parking spot. Rates include a one-time linen & towel set-up. An initial supply of toiletries and other amenities is provided for the first 24–48 hours and is not guaranteed. Daily maid service is not included but is available per request. Guests are expected to leave the apartment in decent condition. If returned extremely unclean, an extra cleaning fee of $150 to $500 will be charged. If toilets clog due to misuse, damages up to $150 may be charged. Functioning of A/C, TV, Wi-Fi, and appliances is not guaranteed, and no refund shall be given for malfunctioning. The condominium cannot guarantee towel availability or pool/amenities access due to maintenance, renovation, or other purposes. The pool/hot tub is strictly an amenity and not guaranteed. Guests can receive parcels or envelopes during their stay, but the landlord is not responsible for loss/damage.
