Building Management has strict occupancy rules of 2 adults only (16 years of age and older) plus 2 children. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment under any circumstances; smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed. If there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning. Standard check-in time is 4 PM and check-out time is 11 AM. If any streaming devices or remotes are missing from our apartment after your departure, you will be charged $100 per missing item. In case you lose the key to the apartment, it will be charged $100 per set. Visitors are only permitted for reservations that are 28 days or longer. For shorter stays, no visitors are allowed, and unregistered guests will result in immediate eviction with no refund. The building requires all guests to register their hands for biometric access. The building is currently undergoing renovations that includes the main lobby, pool, pool deck, and other areas. Construction may cause moderate noise during daytime hours Monday-Friday 9am-4pm.
