Great amenities and peaceful.
The staff is always happy to see you and very helpful. The building has high end finishings throughout and is always nice and clean. It's feels like a fancy resort with helpful staff.

The walls are paper thin. The apartment has a community lounge but you can’t rent it out for events. The fooz ball table never has any ball to play. The TVs in the gym and lounge hardly work and when they do there is no remote to change to the channels. The apartment has no guest parking. The paper thin walls means you hear all the noise from your neighbors. The apartment staff is not very friendly. I lived there for 2 years and couldn’t wait to get out.

Property is very beautiful. Exactly what you see in the photos. However the service is not great. The ladies in the office are very reluctant to hear feedback. Parking for guests is 0 stars. Absolutely horrendous. There is a cop that lives in the building that is constantly ticketing and towing. Some of the rules are excessive like guests can’t walk around the property alone. Overall great location, beautiful property but too many restrictions that make living there unpleasant.

The building doesn’t allow smoking but residents smoke in staircases, on balconies, and by the pool. The walls are thin as straw and you can hear everything you neighbors say and do.
