Great building and amenities. The appliances need more regular maintenance and better access into the unit from the back patio. Most of the locks for the doors and windows needed work or replacement/ didn’t work or were loose.

SoMa at Brickell is a lovely complex in the middle of the bustle of Brickell. However close it is to the Mecca of commerce in Miami, it still remains a quiet and cosy place to call home.

SOMA at Brickell is a wonderful place to call home. Been here 5 years and the apartment complex is clean, new paint,fresh carpets,new pool furniture and clubhouse redone. Maintenance team is top notch and timely on repairs. Everything is close by and easy to walk everywhere. Metro rail and metro mover are 1 block away. Apartments have nice amenities and large. Quite apartment complex.

No cambiaría mi vida es Soma at Brickell por su excelente ubicación y servicio de mantenimiento en la unidad.
Creo que podrían haber actividades o un espacio un poco más amigables para los niños que viven en soma. (Tengo un par de sugerencias que creo son fáciles de implementar).
Definitivamente pondría sanciones sobre el comportamiento de los dueños de mascotas.
Lo único que me hace pensar en irme de soma es encontrar popo por todas partes.
