The Vibe, has the potential to be a great community, however it falls short due to ongoing issues with the elevator, on going issues with butterfly apps, irresponsible pet owners, and overly priced rent.

The Vibe está trabajando en crear un excelente ambiente de vivienda, pero nosotros los residentes, debemos poner de nuestra parte para ayudar a la administración. Es incómodo, llegar a tu vivienda y encontrar vehículos y motoras obstruyendo la entrada del estacionamiento. Pisos y elevadores con orines de animales. En referencia a los paquetes, personas que toman paquetes que no les corresponden. Los residentes, somos los que determinamos, la calidad de este edificio. Reportemos, cada infracción... para crear un ambiente de mejor calidad y remover a las personas que no tengan consideración con sus vecinos. Muchas Gracias

Very happy with the building and the management. Only (BIG) let down is the parking system.
