The fun entry space features a pool table and bistro table, flowing into the formal dining area with seating for 8. The open living room offers a comfortable place to gather with a queen sleeper sofa, loveseat, accent chair, and a large Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances, cookware, dishes, and small appliances like a crockpot, blender, toaster, waffle maker, griddle, Keurig, and drip coffee maker. A second refrigerator is located in the garage. Quick bites can be enjoyed at the breakfast bar (seats 4) or kitchen nook (seats 4). The laundry room is conveniently located just off the kitchen. A half bathroom is located between the kitchen and living room.
Enjoy a free six-passenger golf cart for effortless trips to the beach or nearby attractions, and two community pools. A pack & play, high chair, and plastic dishes/cups/silverware are provided for children. Pets are welcome with a $200 non-refundable pet fee per pet, for up to 2 dogs. A valid insurance and driver's license are required to operate the golf cart.

Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Events and parties are not permitted. Guests are not able to have mail shipped to the property. No student groups or guests under age 25 are permitted without a parent or guardian present. All drivers using the golf cart are required to fill out a waiver prior to arrival and must be 25 years or older with a valid license & current vehicle insurance coverage. Only registered guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Do not rearrange furniture in the home. Trash must be taken to the curb on Sunday and Wednesday evenings for Monday and Thursday pickup. Any belongings left will be charged a minimum fee of $25 plus shipping costs if the guest requests item(s) to be returned.
