The open living room offers a comfortable gathering space with a queen sleeper sofa, loveseat, accent chair, and a large Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances, cookware, dishes, and small appliances like a crockpot, blender, toaster, waffle maker, griddle, Keurig, and drip coffee maker. A second refrigerator is located in the garage. Enjoy meals at the breakfast bar (seats 4) or kitchen nook (seats 4). A half bathroom is conveniently located between the kitchen and living room. All bedrooms are located on the second floor: Bedroom 1 features a king bed and access to a Jack & Jill bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a king bed, built-in single bunks (not suitable for adults), a kitchenette with a sink and mini fridge, and a private balcony. Bedroom 3 offers a king bed, a walk-in closet, an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, and a private balcony. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Smoking and events are not allowed on the property. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Early check-in and late check-out may be possible upon request. Luggage cannot be left at the property before check-in or after check-out. Mail cannot be shipped to the property. Guests must be 25 years or older with a valid license and current vehicle insurance coverage to operate the golf cart. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Do not rearrange furniture. Any cleanup of bodily fluids will result in additional cleaning and sanitation charges. Trash must be taken to the curb on Sunday and Wednesday evenings for pickup. All issues or damage must be reported immediately. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Any belongings left will be charged a minimum fee of $25 plus shipping costs if the guest requests item(s) to be returned. A $50 fee may apply for excess pet cleanup.
