Rosie began her real estate journey in 1997 with a small custom builder before joining Watson Realty in 1999, where she thrived in roles ranging from trainer to assistant manager. In 2012, she co-founded Atlantic Shores Realty to create a more agent-focused, innovative brokerage model.
