Located in an upscale and safe neighborhood of North Miami Beach, this villa is a quick drive to the beach and close to shops, malls, golf courses, and entertainment. It's a 5-minute drive to Aventura Mall, 10 minutes to Sunny Isles Beach and Ft Lauderdale Airport (FLL), 20 minutes to Miami Intl Airport (MIA), and 20 minutes to Brickell. The house is very close to I-95 for easy access throughout South Florida by car and close to the main bus depot for easy bus transportation.
Please clean up after using the BBQ; if the grill is not cleaned, an extra $50 cleaning fee might apply. No smoking is allowed inside the house. The landscaper will enter the property for scheduled lawn maintenance every 15 days, and the pool technician will conduct pool maintenance twice a week. Four single double-thick air mattresses can be provided upon request.
