There is a strict no-smoking policy inside the condo or on the balcony; a $500 smoke damage cleaning fee will be charged if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, and any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require immediate eviction without a refund. Guests must be over 22 to book and stay on the property. Check-in is at 4 pm or after, and check-out is by 11 am. Early check-in may be available for a $50 fee, and late check-out may be available for a $25 fee per extended hour. Bed linens are not provided for couch or sofa beds; extra linens can be delivered before 5 pm for an additional $25 per set. The unit is not childproofed, and guests are responsible for ensuring their children's safety. The heating and cooling system runs off a boiler system; when the weather is below 68 degrees, the heat will automatically turn on. To stop hot air from blowing, turn the system off and open the balcony door. Guests are asked to report any cleaning or maintenance concerns within 2 hours of check-in. Makeup/foundation, face medications/creams, and tanning products will stain and/or bleach linens/towels; guests are not to wash laundry belonging to the home to hide stains.
