There is a strict no-smoking policy inside the condo or on the balcony; a $500 smoke damage cleaning fee will be charged if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, and any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require immediate eviction without a refund. Guests must be over 22 to book and stay on the property. Check-in is at 4 pm or after, and check-out is by 11 am. Early check-in may be available for a $50 fee, and late check-out may be available for a $25 fee per extended hour. Bed linens are not provided for couch or sofa beds; extra linens can be delivered before 5 pm for an additional $25 per set. The unit is not childproofed, and guests are responsible for ensuring their children's safety. The heating and cooling system runs off a boiler system; when the weather is below 68 degrees, the heat will automatically turn on.
