So slow Painting has been going on for 6 months. My building has been painted twice and still left unfinished and undecided. The amenities have been closed for months with no opening date in sight. You have been attempting to make this place better by redoing a lot of things but it’s literally been 6 months and not one of the tasks you’ve started have been completed.

Service was great Frank was quick and efficient with fixing the washer so we could clean clothes!

NO PATKING. Please read the reviews and listen, do not move here unless you pay for a garage. Thought I was going to love this apartment so much that I signed a 15 month least (15 months sentence). The moment I moved in, I wanted to get out of the lease, I feel trapped and counting the days to move out. The parking situation is horrible. There is never any parking available past 5pm and that’s on the week days. Weekends, no parking at all. I have a baby and have to park outside of the apartment... (the streets, I’m glad they haven’t towed my car) and walk to my unit with bags and a baby almost daily. We can never have any gatherings due to parking, once we are home I don’t even want to leave because I have to walk so far to my car. Horrrrible apartment complex. Unless you get a parking garage for an extra 175 monthly (hopefully you can get one in your building, I was offered one in building 9 when I’m in building 13, at the time I had to ask management if they were joking) DO NOT MOVE HERE. I’ve been living here almost a year and this apartment has gone through 3 different names/ managements. I repeat DO NOT MOVE HERE.

Living here you will occasionally find these huge roaches in your unit, (wood roaches I was told they are). There’s nothing you can do to not find them in your unit.

Worst apartment I’ve ever lived at. I can’t wait to move out, 5 months left, feels like an eternity.

I recently met the new property manager and learned that the community is now under new management. I had the opportunity to speak with Melissa today, and I’m genuinely excited about the direction things are heading. She was professional, welcoming, and clearly passionate about improving the property. With upcoming renovations planned and a new management company in place, I’m really looking forward to seeing the positive changes and enhancements around the community.
