Lovely Apartment Community

I toured The Walton because I am planning on moving to Florida in the near future. I was impressed by how well kept the community is even with some improvements happening, the landscaping was good and the grounds were clean. I would be interested in a 2\2 floor plan and after touring I have to say that when I move to Florida that The Walton will be at the top of my list for my future plans.

Updates are in progress, looking good!!

I came to tour because I am moving to the area. The property looks great. I got to meet the manager, Brian, who showed me around and let me know about all the new things that are coming to the property. Although my move is not for about 5 months, I'm definitely coming back to pick my apartment. I want the view of the pond or a townhouse for sure.

Beautiful community!

I toured the Walton not too long ago and was very impressed by what they have to offer. Coming from a new state is nerve wracking but I do look forward to what is ahead after getting a glimpse of where I will live. The pool is beautiful and I love the feel of the property!
