Maintenance workers One thing i love about this complex compared to stories i hear about and my previous complex i was at for only 1 year when i first moved to Orlando is the maintenance team here. They respond quickly to work orders and they are kind and friendly whether fulfilling a work order or just in passing around outside or inside the complex.

Great but communication needs to improve I signed the lease at least 2-3 months before move-in. The approval process was very quick, and I was satisfied how fast I was able to secure my unit.
But the communication wasn't fast at all. I ended up sending multiple emails to find out information, how to pay online, etc.

The apartment complex often reeks of weed. However, the turn around on maintenance is extremely fast. Have never had a problem with staff or any other aspect of this apartment.

Maintenance I’ve had to put in request for pest control multiple times. I’ve asked for the treatment plan since I also have a pet. They mark it as resolved when it has not been resolved.
