Yari and Bethany !!! So professional, so organized. They are the best front staff I e ever encountered. Very knowledgeable and answer all your questions without rushing. My move in process was very streamlined and super easy. I love it here. Peaceful, quiet. Apartments are beautiful. I've already began spreading the word to people looking for their new home. My experience at Emerald Grove was excellent. The community was clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The apartment was comfortable, and the location was very convenient. I really enjoyed my stay and would gladly recommend Emerald Grove to others.

There is maybe one good/helpful office staff member and it’s the assistant manager. Overall most annoying thing is that there are work vehicles parked wherever. Most maintenance requests take at least 2 weeks to a month with no communication. If you are a current tenant good luck getting any responses from the office other than the assistant manager pretty much anyone else is unhelpful. It’s pretty much still Disney college program housing just more expensive and no real updated room/ floor... plans. The only good experience is that it’s pretty quiet community for it’s location.
