The service team has always been professional, polite and efficient. When the AC stopped working past office hours, I reluctantly sent a service request, not really expecting a response on a Friday, after hours. It was past 80 in the apartment so we started to pack a few things to sleep at our church. To my surprise, I heard from someone right away, and in just a few minutes he was able to come by and fix the air.

Recently, service personnel came, on the same day of service request, and... unstopped a bathtub.

Poor experience

Lived here for one year. The appearance and location of the apartments is good, but the specific apartment that I lived in had constant roach issues from the day we moved in. We were told multiple times by pest control that our apartment was borderline an infestation and we had pest control out at least once a month. Would highly recommend seeing and inspecting the specific apartment you are renting before signing any lease.

Hawthorne groves is a really nice place to live. The amenities are great and it's good for families. I like that it's gated so you feel a sense of security being there. Management is friendly and professional too.
