Since the apartment community received recognition as one of the best in Orlando, the overall quality of management and communication appears to have declined. Reaching the leasing or management office is consistently difficult—calls often go unanswered, and when contact is made, it is frequently within minutes of closing time, with staff rarely present or available in the office.
Communication is poor and follow-through is lacking, which makes resolving issues unnecessarily frustrating.... Maintenance, however, has been the one consistently positive experience; requests are handled efficiently, and the maintenance team appears to be the only group actively addressing resident concerns.
Overall, the apartment itself is attractive and well-kept, but the property management staff reflects a common issue seen in many Orlando apartment complexes—present in title, but largely disengaged in practice.
