The front porch is a great place to start your day or hang out while you grill.
Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.
Conveniently located in a residential neighborhood, this property is less than 1 mile from downtown, 5 miles from Pensacola International Airport, and 7 miles from Pensacola Naval Air Station. Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services are available, but driving is encouraged.
This is a duplex, and the back side of the house is also available to rent. There is a door that separates the two spaces in the bedroom that remains locked at all times unless both units are booked. We offer contact-free check-in via a digital door code, and we are only a phone call away if needed during your stay. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If quiet hours are violated and neighbors are disturbed, the reservation will be canceled, and you will be required to leave the property immediately without eligibility for refunds. Smoking is prohibited, and any signs of smoking will incur an automatic $500 damage charge. Parties are prohibited, and other events are permitted only with prior approval.
