Full legal names of all guests must be provided upon booking. No parties, gatherings, or events are allowed, with a $500 fine and immediate removal without refund. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Any noise complaint may result in a $500 fine and/or cancellation without refund. No indoor smoking is permitted, including cigarettes, vaping, hookah, cigars, or cannabis. Outdoor smoking is permitted at least 10 feet from the building, with doors and windows closed. A $500 fine for violation may result in immediate cancellation without refund. Pets must be approved before booking, and a pet fee varies by property. Guests must clean up pet waste and dispose of it properly, keep pets leashed or crated when outside, and are responsible for any damage caused by pets. The pet fee must be paid prior to receiving check-in instructions. Early check-in or bag drop-offs must be requested and approved in advance and may incur an additional fee. Late check-out may be available upon request but is not guaranteed and may incur an additional fee. Failure to check out on time will result in overstay fees. An initial supply of consumables and linens/towels is provided, with additional items available for a small fee. Do not adjust mounted TVs. The property is equipped with exterior security cameras that record audio and video, and tampering with them will result in a $1,000 fine and may result in immediate cancellation without refund. South Florida’s subtropical climate may occasionally allow geckos or insects inside, despite routine pest control. Refunds are not provided for such occurrences. Guests must request permission before having packages delivered, and packages are only permitted during active reservation dates. USPS mail is not accepted. No luggage storage is available before or after your stay. No crypto mining or similar electronic activities are permitted. No illegal activity or subletting under any circumstance. Please treat the property with care and respect for future guests.
Please note that the partner will place a $350 refundable authorization hold on a credit or debit card about 72 hours before arrival for security.
