Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM, with a $500 fine for any noise complaint. Indoor smoking is prohibited, including cigarettes, hookah, vaping, pipes, cigars, and any cannabis use; outdoor smoking is permitted at least 10 feet from the building with all windows and doors closed, with a $500 fine for violation. Bringing a pet requires prior inquiry and agreement to the pet policy, including a $100 non-refundable fee per pet for additional cleaning. Late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee. Early check-in or bag drop-off requests must be approved in advance. The property is monitored with exterior cameras that capture audio and video, and any alteration of these cameras will result in a $1000 fine and immediate cancellation without refund. Crypto mining or similar activities are not allowed. Package delivery requires host permission and cannot be delivered outside of booked dates. Guests must refrain from leaving luggage or personal belongings upon checkout. Refunds for finding insects or geckos are not given.
