Guests must send a photo of a valid ID that matches the name on the reservation via message before receiving check-in instructions. It is unlawful for a sexual offender or sexual predator to occupy this residence. Crypto mining or similar activities are not allowed. Any guest who would like to have packages delivered must first obtain permission. No packages may be delivered to the property outside of the guest’s booked and paid reservation dates. Do not adjust any mounted TVs. There is a $1000 fine for unplugging, moving, or any alteration of the security cameras or any of its cords, base station, or any other parts/apparatus.
