Occupancy limits are strictly enforced per city ordinance, and full legal names of guests must be provided upon booking. One parking spot per reservation is allowed for standard-size personal vehicles only; no trailers, boats, RVs, buses, or commercial vehicles are permitted, and there is a $500 fine for violation. The host reserves the right for service providers to access the exterior of the property to maintain landscaping, provide pest control, and provide other maintenance services during the guest's reservation. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed; any guest found to be having a party will be required to leave immediately without a refund, and there is a $500 fine for violation. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM; any noise complaint will result in a $500 fine.
