Only standard-size personal vehicles are permitted, and no trailers, boats, vessels, recreational vehicles, buses, box trucks, oversize, or commercial vehicles are allowed, with a $500 fine for violation. Any guest found to be having a party will be required to leave immediately without a refund, and will incur a $500 fine for violation. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM, and any noise complaint will result in a $500 fine. No indoor smoking is permitted; outdoor smoking at least 10 feet from the building is permitted, and all windows/doors to the unit must remain closed while smoking outdoors, with a $500 fine for violation. To help ensure the safety of guests, the property is monitored with exterior cameras that capture and record audio and video; unplugging, moving, or any alteration of the security cameras or any of its cords, base station, or any other parts/apparatus will result in a $1000 fine. Any guest who would like to have packages delivered must first obtain permission. Once the stay has been completed, guests must refrain from leaving luggage or personal belongings upon checkout.
