Smoking or vaping inside the home is prohibited. Quiet hours must be respected. Children must be supervised at all times near the pool, hot tub, dock, lakefront areas, and outdoor spaces. Pool, hot tub, dock, lakefront areas, and outdoor amenities are used at guests' own risk. No glass is allowed near the pool or hot tub. The fire pit and BBQ must be used responsibly. Please keep doors and windows closed when not in use. Please report any damage or maintenance issues right away. Exterior security cameras may be present for safety and property protection, but they do not monitor private indoor spaces. Florida's tropical climate can occasionally bring small bugs, especially during warmer months or after rain; keeping doors and windows closed when not in use is recommended. The property is located near a body of water, and there may be outdoor areas that require extra caution. There are heights without rails or protection on the property. Any damage caused by a dog will incur extra cleaning or repair charges plus a $250 service fee. Pets must be crated if left unattended in the rental unit. Dogs must be kept off furniture, and guests must pick up after their dog outside. Multiple neighbor complaints may lead to eviction of the dog from the rental unit.
