Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 9 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. No glass is allowed by the pool. The maximum occupancy is 7 guests. This home is not baby-proofed. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on the property, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to three standard-size cars can park in the driveway. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors and keep excessive noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. Firearms are not allowed on the property unless kept locked in a vehicle. Failure to observe the rule to not tamper with the pool equipment could result in fines up to $150 plus damages. A pet fee is applied and subject to up to $150 if you bring a furry friend without written notification from the guest and approval by the host.
