Greystar management is the worst in the business. The only reason I moved into and stayed at Ascent is it's location, which Greystar has nothing to do with.

Awesome place to live and enjoy St Pete!

The building is beautiful with fantastic views.
The styling and customizable balcony lighting make this build stand out from the other buildings in the area! You can walk to anywhere and have access to some awesome amenities that the caring and helpful staff provide and maintain!

If you are planning to move to St Pete or even just have a place to vacation to, the Ascent building should be high on your list of possibilities

Love living at Ascent so far. The building is beautiful, the staff and other residents are friendly and the dog treats in the lobby are a special treat every day after walking my pup. The cleaning staff does a great job as well as the package delivery. My only challenge so far has been getting used to just how loud Jannis Live is- hard to know until you move in. But aside from that the experience has been great.
