I love living here! The location is fantastic. My neighbors are nice and my view is unbelievable! I looked at several luxury buildings when I was contemplating moving downtown. This one had everything I was looking for!

Ascent has a great community, amazing amenities and prime location in the middle of Saint Petersburg where there is something happening every weekend between markets, sporting and musical events. Is close to the pier where you can get amazing views while you walk around the different businesses that the city provides. Has been my favorite place to live and the city has a culture/personality that is easy to integrate.

Great location in downtown St. Pete and within walking distance of many restaurants. It is best to call to get questions answered rather than email. Residents are friendly and the views are good. No problem finding spaces in the gated parking. Sometimes the elevators take a long time, and loud neighbors can be heard.

Has been a positive experience and great community. Apartment is in perfect location in the middle of downtown St Pete. Every weekend, an event is happening close by.
