If you are looking for a peaceful place to land in Pinellas County- this is it! Beautiful surroundings, the pools are like a resort, great gym area, the food trucks are so cute and community events are fun as well! The staff is friendly and professional!

Love it here! Except when residents don’t clean up after their pet. I’m tired of stepping in piles of poop…. Maybe we can add more bag stations around the neighborhood to encourage dog owners to actually clean up after their dog.

After only a week at Marlowe Gateway, I can already say this feels like home. The apartments are spacious, modern, and beautifully designed, and the amenities truly give the community a luxury, resort-style feel. One of the things I appreciate most is how peaceful and quiet it is you really don’t hear your neighbors, which makes such a difference.
The staff has been incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful from day one, and everyone in the community has been so friendly. The location and overall... atmosphere make it easy to see myself staying here for a long time, honestly, until I’m ready to buy a home. I absolutely love living here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, beautiful, and well-maintained place to live.
