The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, a private en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination, and a wall-mounted 32" smart TV. The guest bedroom is a peaceful retreat with a king-size bed and soft bedside lighting. A dedicated in-unit laundry room with a side-by-side washer and dryer is provided for your convenience. The island is highly navigable by car or ride-share, but many Salt & Sol guests prefer walking or cycling to the nearby boutiques, restaurants, and beach access points.
Quiet hours are between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Indoor smoking, fireworks, and glass around pool areas are prohibited. A designated outdoor smoking area is located 15 feet away from the property. Smoking violations or evidence of indoor smoke smell will result in a minimum $250 remediation fee. No parties or events are allowed, and noise levels must remain below 80 decibels at all times. Guests will receive automated text notifications for noise violations. Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Disabling or tampering with security devices will result in immediate eviction without refund. Any illegal activity, including drug use, will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
