The Crossing at Palm Aire

The Crossing is a beautiful property, with great amenities and a fantastic location. It's convenient to everything. The staff are friendly and helpful and the residents are fantastic. We've made so many friends here that it feels more like a neighborhood than an apartment complex!

Great apartment, really love living here. Anytime I have an issue, there is a quick solution and everyone is helpful. I do wish the EV chargers were cheaper.

I would just change the carpet as it collects odors from the garbage that is placed outside by the residents beside that everything is great the staff is amazing and facilities are incredible

Maintenance staff is so on it! Love their speediness and professionalism. We know we can trust them to do the job right the first time! It makes us feel valued.

Within the first month of moving in, we noticed a large roach scurrying in the kitchen. I placed a maintenance order for pest control within the online portal and informed the front desk to which they told me that pest control only came on certain days during the week and that they would let me know beforehand when they arrive. I work from home so I would have been able to confirm if pest control had entered, but they never showed but on the online portal the maintenance request was marked as... completed. I picked up some roach baits myself and placed them around the apartment which seemed to do the trick up until a few weeks ago when I saw a baby roach. If you know anything about roaches, seeing a little one is far worse than seeing a larger one. There is also a large wasps nest that has formed on my patio and around the pool area there seems to be a large amount of wasps there as well which if you have small children would not be preferable. Earlier this week, I placed another maintenance request for the wasps nest to which the ticket was also marked as complete and I was informed I would be given a notice before pest control arrives. Due to job relocation, my husband and I ended up having to break our lease and will be moving out at the end of this month which is about a week away so it doesn’t necessarily matter at this point in time.
