Up to three cars can park side-by-side in the driveway.

The neighborhood offers a welcoming community with a relaxed, suburban feel and is a short drive from pristine Gulf beaches and a variety of shopping and dining options.
Please note that during inclement weather, pool use is not advised. The pool is serviced weekly, and debris may wash into the pool after rain, potentially causing slight discoloration. A damage protection option is required for all reservations. For 1-night reservations, a $500 refundable security deposit is required. For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests can choose between a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100). This home is self-catering, with starter supplies provided for bathrooms and the kitchen. Cameras are installed outside for security purposes, none pointing to the pool area. Please be aware of humidity and potential bugs, as this is common in Florida. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or on the property. A maximum of 7 guests are allowed at any given time. Propane for the grill is not provided. This home is not baby-proofed. No third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Please do not park on the grass or alongside the streets parallel to another vehicle. Shoes are preferred to be removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate of noise levels outdoors after 10 pm and before 9 am. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Follow additional guidelines posted within the home. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. Report any damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any house rules.
