Amenities outside the apartment, such as the gym, are managed by the building and are subject to maintenance outside of our control; maintenance does not warrant a refund, so inquire about amenity status before booking. Pet rules include a weight limit of 35 lbs, no Pitbulls, all pets must be housetrained, and pets must not be left alone in the apartment. An unregistered pet fee of $100 per pet or a variation up to $200 will be charged. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund.
