Minut Noise Detectors are located in the apartment to monitor noise levels, and surveillance cameras monitor common areas, not inside the apartment. Self-check-in and check-out are available via smart lock. As part of the screening and reservation confirmation process, the primary reservation holder is required to complete an online check-in form through our guest portal, providing personal information, a valid government-issued ID, and a selfie for verification; the reservation will be confirmed once submitted and verified.
