The pet weight limit is 35 lbs, and no pit bulls are allowed. All pets must be housetrained and must not be left alone in the apartment. The fee for a missing keyfob is $100. Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation. Must load and start dishwasher with all dirty dishes and/or cookware. Please dump food waste in the garbage—not in the sink disposal. Place all trash in trash can or dispose in the trash shoot. No entry for unregistered guests or those not on the reservation.
