The home is well maintained and treated regularly to reduce bug encounters, but occasional sightings may occur. The property includes a main bungalow located in front of it, providing complete privacy as your 1-bedroom home is detached. Do not park in the driveway, as it is dedicated to the main home. Enter with your personal smart lock code sent after booking. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. Smoking inside the home will result in a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.
