The area gets lively on weekends with bars and music, adding to Ybor’s unique vibe! On some days, music can be heard from the street inside the apartment lightly, even as late as 2 AM. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 PM–7 AM (weekdays) and 10 PM–8 AM (weekends). Penalties for noise curfew violation are as follows: first, a complimentary warning; second, a $100 fine; and third, immediate eviction with no refund. Pet Rules Policy: Pet weight limit: 35 lbs. No Pitbulls. All pets must be housetrained. Pets must not be left alone in the apartment by themselves. This is a residential building; staff is for tenants, not short-term guests.
