Quiet hours are from 11pm to 8am, and guests are asked to respect these hours both inside and outside. No pets on furniture, no smoking inside, and no parties or events are allowed. Evidence of smoking inside will result in a $500 fee for air remediation. Unauthorized late checkouts that delay cleaning will incur a $100 fee. Entry is via a personal smart lock code sent after booking.
