As part of the screening and reservation confirmation process, the primary reservation holder is required to complete an online check-in form through our guest portal, providing personal information, a valid government-issued ID, and a selfie for verification. Minut Noise Detectors are located in the apartment and monitor noise levels, while surveillance cameras monitor common areas (not inside the apartment). Early check-in at 2 PM is available for $25, or 12 PM for $50, subject to host approval. Late check-out at 12 PM is available for $25, subject to host approval. A $100 fee applies for a missing keyfob. Amenities outside of the apartment, such as the gym, are managed by the building and are subject to maintenance outside of our control. Maintenance does not warrant a refund; please inquire about amenity status before booking. Pets have a weight limit of 35 lbs, Pitbulls are not allowed, all pets must be housetrained, and pets must not be left alone in the apartment. An unregistered pet fee of $100 per pet or a variation up to $200 will be charged. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is observed from 10 PM to 7 AM on weekdays and 10 PM to 8 AM on weekends. Penalties for violation include a complimentary warning for the first offense, a $100 fine for the second, and immediate eviction with no refund for the third. This is a residential building, and staff are for tenants, not short-term guests. For questions or concerns, contact the host directly, and only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency. For checkout, guests must load and start the dishwasher with all dirty dishes and/or cookware, dump food waste in the garbage (not the sink disposal), and place all trash in the trash can or dispose of it in the trash chute. No entry is allowed for unregistered guests or those not on the reservation. Guests must be 21 or older to book a reservation.
