As part of the screening and reservation confirmation process, the primary reservation holder is required to complete an online check-in form through the guest portal, providing personal information, a valid government-issued ID, and a selfie for verification. Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is observed from 10 PM–7 AM on weekdays and 10 PM–8 AM on weekends. Penalties for violation include a complimentary warning for the first offense, a $100 fine for the second, and immediate eviction with no refund for the third. For checkout, guests must load and start the dishwasher with all dirty dishes and/or cookware, dump food waste in the garbage (not the sink disposal), and place all trash in the trash can or dispose of it in the trash chute.
