This is a non-smoking community, and smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM on weekdays and 10 PM to 8 AM on weekends. Penalties for noise violations include a complimentary warning for the first offense, a $100 fine for the second, and immediate eviction with no refund for the third. Pets have a weight limit of 35 lbs, Pitbulls are not allowed, all pets must be housetrained, and pets must not be left alone in the apartment. An unregistered pet fee of $100 per pet or a variation up to $200 will be charged. A $100 fee applies for a missing keyfob. Guests must be at least 21 years old to book a reservation. This is a residential building, and staff are for tenants, not short-term guests; please contact the host directly for questions or concerns, and only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency. For checkout, guests must load and start the dishwasher with all dirty dishes and cookware, dump food waste in the garbage (not the sink disposal), and place all trash in the trash can or dispose of it in the trash chute. Mail orders cannot be accepted at the building due to a unique mailbox key per apartment; a PO Box at the local USPS is recommended for shipments.
