As part of the screening and reservation confirmation process, the primary reservation holder is required to complete an online check-in form through a guest portal, providing personal information, a valid government-issued ID, and a selfie for verification. The reservation will be confirmed once the check-in form has been submitted and verified. Building and condo security measures include Minut Noise Detectors located in the apartment to monitor noise levels, and surveillance cameras monitoring common areas (not inside the apartment). Pet rules include a weight limit of 35 lbs, no Pitbulls, all pets must be housetrained, and pets must not be left alone in the apartment. An unregistered pet fee of $100 per pet or a variation to achieve up to $200 will be charged. This is a non-smoking community, and smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is observed from 10 PM to 7 AM on weekdays and 10 PM to 8 AM on weekends. Penalties for noise violations are a complimentary warning for the first offense, a $100 fine for the second, and immediate eviction with no refund for the third.
