Free high-speed Wi-Fi with up to 300 mbps upload/download speeds, self-check-in and check-out via smart lock, and free parking for one spot extremely close to the unit are included. Pet cleaning fees apply: short stays are $25 per pet per night, 8–28 nights are a flat $200 fee per pet, and 29+ nights are a flat $300 fee per pet. Early check-in at 2PM is available for $25 or at 12PM for $50, subject to approval. Late check-out at 12PM is available for $25, subject to approval. A missing keyfob will incur a $100 fee.
Many excellent dining options are located directly outside the community. This apartment is conveniently located near Whole Foods Market, Target, Walmart, and Trader Joe’s. It is also a short drive away from beaches such as Ben T Davis Beach, Davis Islands Beach, and Picnic Island, as well as attractions like Glazer Children’s Museum, Al Lopez Park, and Tampa Theatre.
The pet weight limit is 35 lbs, and no pitbulls are allowed. All pets must be housetrained and must not be left alone in the apartment. An unregistered pet fee is $100 per pet or variation to achieve up to $200. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 PM to 7 AM on weekdays and 10 PM to 8 AM on weekends; penalties for violation are a complimentary warning for the first offense, a $100 fine for the second, and immediate eviction with no refund for the third. This is a residential building; staff is for tenants, not short-term guests. For questions or concerns, contact the host directly and only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency. Guests must load and start the dishwasher with all dirty dishes and/or cookware, dump food waste in the garbage (not in the sink disposal), and place all trash in the trash can or dispose of it in the trash shoot. No entry for unregistered guests or those not on the reservation. Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation. We are not allowed to accept mail orders to the building since there is only one unique mailbox key per apartment.
