This is a residential building, and staff is for tenants, not short-term guests. For questions or concerns, contact the host directly. Only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed, and violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 PM–7 AM on weekdays and 10 PM–8 AM on weekends, with penalties for violations including fines and potential eviction. Minut Noise Detectors are located in the apartment and monitor noise levels. Surveillance cameras monitor common areas. Guests are required to complete an online check-in form, providing personal information, a valid government-issued ID, and a selfie for verification. Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation. All dirty dishes and/or cookware must be loaded and the dishwasher started before checkout. Food waste must be dumped in the garbage, not the sink disposal. All trash must be placed in the trash can or disposed of in the trash shoot. No unregistered guests or those not on the reservation are allowed entry. Mail orders cannot be accepted at the building; a PO Box is recommended for deliveries.
