Penalties for noise violations include a warning, a $100 fine for a second offense, and immediate eviction with no refund for a third offense. Guests must complete an online check-in form, providing personal information, a valid government-issued ID, and a selfie for verification. The primary reservation holder must be 21+ to book. Packages cannot be accepted at the building; guests are recommended to get a PO Box. All guests are required to load and start the dishwasher with dirty dishes and/or cookware, dump food waste in the garbage, and place all trash in the trash can or dispose of it in the trash shoot. Unregistered pets are subject to a $100 fee per pet or variation to achieve up to $200. Pet weight limit is 35 lbs, and Pitbulls are not allowed.
