The primary reservation holder is required to complete an online check-in form through our guest portal, providing personal information, a valid government-issued ID, and a selfie for verification. The reservation will be confirmed once the check-in form has been submitted and verified. A smartphone is required for the entire trip, as the building locks work through a smartphone application. Minut Noise Detectors are located in the apartment and monitor noise levels, and surveillance cameras monitor common areas (not inside the apartment). Pets have a weight limit of 35 lbs, Pitbulls are not allowed, all pets must be housetrained, and pets must not be left alone in the apartment. An unregistered pet fee of $100 per pet or variation to achieve up to $200 applies. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. A noise curfew is observed from 10 PM–7 AM on weekdays and 10 PM–8 AM on weekends; penalties for violation include a complimentary warning for the first offense, a $100 fine for the second, and immediate eviction with no refund for the third. This is a residential building, and staff are for tenants, not short-term guests; for questions or concerns, contact the host directly, and only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency. Guests must load and start the dishwasher with all dirty dishes and/or cookware, dump food waste in the garbage (not in the sink disposal), and place all trash in the trash can or dispose of it in the trash chute. No entry is allowed for unregistered guests or those not on the reservation. Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation. Mail orders cannot be accepted to the building as there is only one unique mailbox key per apartment; guests are recommended to get a PO Box at the local USPS for orders.
