A smartphone is required for the entire trip, as building locks work through a smartphone application. Amenities outside of the apartment, such as the gym, are managed by the building and are subject to maintenance outside of our control; maintenance does not warrant a refund, so inquire about amenity status before booking. Pet rules include a weight limit of 35 lbs, no Pitbulls, all pets must be housetrained, and pets must not be left alone in the apartment. An unregistered pet fee of $100 per pet or a variation up to $200 will apply. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. A noise curfew is observed from 10 PM–7 AM on weekdays and 10 PM–8 AM on weekends; penalties for violation include a complimentary warning for the first offense, a $100 fine for the second, and immediate eviction with no refund for the third. This is a residential building, and staff are for tenants, not short-term guests; for questions or concerns, contact the host directly, and only approach building staff or security in case of an emergency. During checkout, guests must load and start the dishwasher with all dirty dishes and cookware, dump food waste in the garbage (not the sink disposal), and place all trash in the trash can or dispose of it in the trash chute. No entry is allowed for unregistered guests or those not on the reservation, and guests must be 21 or older to book a reservation. Mail orders are not accepted at the building, as there is only one unique mailbox key per apartment; it is recommended to get a PO Box at the local USPS for deliveries.
