As part of the screening and reservation confirmation process, the primary reservation holder is required to complete an online check-in form through a guest portal, providing personal information, a valid government-issued ID, and a selfie for verification. Your reservation will be confirmed once the check-in form has been submitted and verified. Minut Noise Detectors are located in the apartment to monitor noise levels, and surveillance cameras monitor common areas, not inside the apartment. A smartphone is required for the entire trip, as the building locks work through a smartphone application. This is a residential building, and staff is for tenants, not short-term guests; for questions or concerns, contact the host directly, and only approach building staff or security in case of an emergency. Guests must be 21 or older to book a reservation. No mail orders are allowed to the building, as there is only one unique mailbox key per apartment; it is recommended to get a PO Box at the local USPS for orders.
Pets have a weight limit of 35 lbs, Pitbulls are not allowed, all pets must be housetrained, and pets must not be left alone in the apartment. An unregistered pet fee of $100 per pet or a variation to achieve up to $200 will be incurred. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed; violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. For checkout, guests must load and start the dishwasher with all dirty dishes and cookware, dump food waste in the garbage, not the sink disposal, and place all trash in the trash can or dispose of it in the trash chute. No entry is allowed for unregistered guests or those not on the reservation. Amenities outside of the apartment, such as the gym, are managed by the building and are subject to maintenance outside of our control; maintenance does not warrant a refund, so please inquire about the amenity status before booking.
