Inquire about amenity status before booking, as maintenance does not warrant a refund. This is a non-smoking community, and smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties are allowed. Violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. A noise curfew is observed from 10 PM to 7 AM on weekdays and 10 PM to 8 AM on weekends. Penalties for violation include a complimentary warning for the first offense, a $100 fine for the second, and immediate eviction with no refund for the third. Pet rules include a 35 lbs weight limit, no Pitbulls, all pets must be housetrained, and pets must not be left alone in the apartment. An unregistered pet fee of $100 to $200 per pet applies. For questions or concerns, contact the host directly; building staff/security should only be approached in case of an emergency, as they are for tenants, not short-term guests. During checkout, please load and start the dishwasher with all dirty dishes and cookware, dump food waste in the garbage (not the sink disposal), and place all trash in the trash can or dispose of it in the trash chute.
