1105 Town Brookhaven Apartments

1105 is a safe and secure, well maintained residence in a great neighborhood. There isn't a better place to live in all of Brookhaven, and I'm so glad I made this choice.

Staff was very helpful with the whole process but some repairs needed to be made to the apartment. We also had to wait multiple days for our wifi when we put it in our name, but it was working when we got there.

The staff was quick and efficient to get me moved in! The cabinets were dusty and the balcony could have used some cleaning prior to move in but those are minor details.

I have lived at 1105 Town Brookhaven for almost 6 years, and until the most recent management took over, I absolutely loved living here. They decided to begin large-scale "renovations" throughout the entire building, which have now been ongoing for over 6 months and are nowhere near finished. The hallways are covered in patches and unfinished work, and at this point I genuinely feel like I live in a construction zone. I understand wanting to improve the building, but the real issue is the... complete lack of communication and respect for the residents who are paying rent to live through all of this disruption. The WORST part has been the exterior painting project, which has dragged on for more than 4 months. Workers began pressure washing my balcony without warning even after management previously told me they would be sending emails to notify residents which balconies were scheduled for construction. Instead, they pressure washed directly on top of my furniture and plants, damaging several of them. And on top of that, I was just getting out of the shower to find a man working on my balcony with a direct view of me.... I asked management again if they could provide any kind of notice so I could move my belongings beforehand, but now they’re claiming they can’t because they "don’t have a set schedule" despite the fact that they are the ones coordinating the contractors. ... Even a rough two-week timeframe would be helpful so I could move everything inside so that it doesn't get damaged. But no. So now my apartment has been taken over by patio furniture, and it could stay this way for months. RAM management has been the worse. On top of that, rates and hidden fees have continued to increase while the quality of living has noticeably declined. I’ve lived through three different management groups during my time here, and this one has been by far the worst experience. The pool area has been under maintenance for too long. The golf simulator has never worked. Been here 5 months and it’s still broken, messy, has mostly left handed clubs (why?). If you guys can’t fix the golf simulator, fine. But can you at least email the residents? You email us plenty about us having to move our vehicles for maintenance, you can’t email us an update there? The gate I pay extra money for has broken like 6 times now. If it breaks then we can’t get into the garage I pay for. And... their temp fix is just to open a gate so anyone can get in. There are messes all over the complex, gross sticky dried fluid all over the hallway floors. Like what is that? The key scanners for the doors are very hit or miss. The door I go through everyday works maybe 30% of the time. I think people are breaking the doors to bypass the scanners because they just don’t work.
