The Eliza on Collier

I love it here just wish rent was cheaper and pool was open other then that I just had a baby and I’m doing well here as a first time mom thank you Eliza for being great

its getting better but, I still have to go keep up the good work. I think management fixing the guest parking pass it the not the best but, much better than last time

Great experience ! Love it here .. only issue I’ve had currently is a maintenance issue that hasn’t yet been resolved but other than that I do love the property and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful

Love the community, I wish apartment entrance was digital. Adding an app to get into the building, as well as in for parking. Also if there was a digital option to get parking passes.

This is actually 4.5 stars. Overall, the layout of the apartment complex is wonderful. It's in a great location and it's far enough off the road for privacy and noise pollution. There are some things that I think should have been addressed before others. The stalls in the women's bathroom at the clubhouse are still broken and the toilet in the handicapped stall never works. There is no toilet paper still, and the paper towel drying situation does not say luxury apartment when people get tours.... The bathroom was my first impression of the place when we had a tour, and it was not impressive. Overall, the improvements have been a huge quality of life bonus. The painted stairwells and the white on the outside of the building (the charcoal just does not match, it's cool tone with warm tone stones) are so refreshing. The maintenance man who is ALWAYS on top of things is awesome. Only other thing is that I think we might just need new gates :)
