This is actually 4.5 stars. Overall, the layout of the apartment complex is wonderful. It's in a great location and it's far enough off the road for privacy and noise pollution. There are some things that I think should have been addressed before others. The stalls in the women's bathroom at the clubhouse are still broken and the toilet in the handicapped stall never works. There is no toilet paper still, and the paper towel drying situation does not say luxury apartment when people get tours.... The bathroom was my first impression of the place when we had a tour, and it was not impressive. Overall, the improvements have been a huge quality of life bonus. The painted stairwells and the white on the outside of the building (the charcoal just does not match, it's cool tone with warm tone stones) are so refreshing. The maintenance man who is ALWAYS on top of things is awesome. Only other thing is that I think we might just need new gates :)

The Eliza on Collier has been a great experience so far....both the front of the house staff as well as the maintenance crew are extremely friendly and quick to help with anything you might need. Pricing is good for the area and size....surrounding neighbors are also friendly and respectful. Complex is still going through some changes with new takeover, but so far its all been a good experience. Highly recommended!

It seems new management is more concerned with aesthetics than functionality. The paint looks good but the door locks have been broken for months, the gym needs a complete makeover and the parking lot gates are always glitching.

Wish guest parking was more accessible ie like a barcode for guest to scan when they arrive vs us having to walk to the leasing office. Also if we are forced to do the paper can we not just put the license plate down, what is the reason for the maker and model and year of the car
