Overall, been pleased with our time here at Water’s Edge so far. Maintenance can sometimes take a while to respond to orders, but the facility is clean, amenities are being upgraded and improved, and I have minimal complaints overall.

The place is nice overall. However the up keep is tough. The AC freezes every time it’s cut on. The floors are lifted a bit and there’s just primer layers covering stains rather than actually cleaning or fixing whatever stains or issues they were coated on to fix.

Regis was really helpful and did everything to make us feel welcome. 5/5 customer service especially since he had to do alot prior to leaving for his vacation.

Communication is poor (emails don't even have contact info), we're still waiting on some maintenance issues from May 2025, noise can be loud from noise, drug smell permanentes from neighbors, balcony needs to be power washed, lots of roaches in the summer, and we were really disappointed about the whole pool problem from last year.
It's a good location, nice people in general, most of maintenance is handled quickly. It's a comfortable place to live.
