I love my community. It’s very peaceful here, amenities have been upgraded, property is well maintained. Regis, the leasing manager maintains a high level of professionalism while being very personable and caring about his tenants. He freely offers helpful information, options, and assistance.

Overall, been pleased with our time here at Water’s Edge so far. Maintenance can sometimes take a while to respond to orders, but the facility is clean, amenities are being upgraded and improved, and I have minimal complaints overall.

The place is nice overall. However the up keep is tough. The AC freezes every time it’s cut on. The floors are lifted a bit and there’s just primer layers covering stains rather than actually cleaning or fixing whatever stains or issues they were coated on to fix.
