This apartment is located above a popular nightclub, and music can be heard from the unit during operating hours, typically on weekend evenings. While some guests enjoy the lively atmosphere and convenient location, light sleepers may experience noise. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit, in common areas, and on the property. Parties, events, and disruptive behavior are not permitted. Pets are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. A warning will be issued for noise complaints; a second complaint may result in removal from the property without refund. All guests must be registered. Maximum occupancy limits must be followed at all times. Do not move furniture, décor, or appliances. Tampering with Wi-Fi routers, smart devices, security cameras, or locks is strictly prohibited. Mail or package delivery is not allowed. The host/property is not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned deliveries. No glitter, confetti, glue, or paint. Any added décor must be approved in advance and removed before checkout. Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am.
